Parent & Me (Walking – 3 Years)
These classes offer a unique bonding opportunity for the child and parent. While the goal of this class is to introduce the child to movement and our equipment, the name of the game is FUN.
Parents are included and strongly encouraged to participate with their child. For many children, this will be their first experience with an organized fitness activity, and it is critical that it is positive.
You can expect your child to improve motor skills, flexibility, strength, and coordination. The class also promotes body awareness and kinesthetic sense.

Beginner Gymnastics
This class will continue to work and improve all fitness-related components such as motor skills, flexibility, strength, endurance, agility, and body awareness.
Gymnastics equipment will be utilized, and gymnastics terminology will be taught.
This class is fairly structured, so your child will learn to follow directions.
In order to prepare your child for our skill-based classes, this class will feature some basic gymnastics skills.

Girls Basic Gymnastics (5-14 years Invitation Required)
These classes are the first skills-based classes offered to our students.
The students will learn basic skills on all of the competitive gymnastics events as well as trampoline. This class will improve most aspects of fitness as well.
We follow USA Gymnastics Guidelines for all of our skill-based classes.
Students in this class will work on rolls, handstands, bridges, and cartwheels.

Intermediate (6-14 girls only & Invitation Required
Boys BASIC Fitness & Tumbling
This class is for active boys who want to run, jump, climb, bounce, roll, flip, play games, and get stronger and faster! With this high-energy, action-packed class, FUN is sure to be had.
Gymnastics is a great way to improve coordination, body awareness, power, agility, and TOTAL body strength in a FUN, positive atmosphere. Many students use these classes as cross training or off-season training for other sports/activities.
Boys Intermediate/Advanced Fitness & Tumbling – Invitation ONLY
This class is for active boys who have mastered all the BASIC skills and want to run, jump, climb, bounce, roll, flip, play games, and get stronger and faster! With this high-energy, action-packed class, FUN is sure to be had.

Tumbling (7 to 16 years old)
Basic Tumbling
This class is open to girls and boys ages 7 and up. Our focus in this class is tumbling, trampoline and conditioning. The instructors will utilize the trampolines, tumble track (long firm trampoline), rod floor, spring floor exercise to teach drills and skills including front and back rolls, handstands, cartwheels, front and back walkovers, and round-offs.
Intermediate/Advanced Tumbling- Invitation Only
Students must receive an invitation from a coach to move into this class. This class is open to girls and boys ages 7 and up. Our focus in this class is tumbling, trampoline and conditioning. The instructors will utilize the trampolines, tumble track (long firm trampoline), rod floor, spring floor exercise to teach drills and skills including round-offs, back and front handsprings, back and front saltos and twisting.

Advanced girls only (7-13 & Invitation Required)
In order for a child to receive an invitation to this class, all INTERMEDATE Gymnastics Class skills must be mastered. The student should have a strong foundation and work ethic.
These classes will continue to follow USA Gymnastics Guidelines.
As in each of our gymnastics classes, students will be exposed to all four olympic events, trampoline, and conditioning.

Obstacle Course Challenge (6+ yrs old)
While flipping, swinging, running, jumping, rocking, and rolling, boys and girls 6-14 years old will enhance all aspects of fitness through several different obstacle course challenges… Think “Ninja Warrior.”
